ACTING

Natalie Mitchell has been acting since she was 5 years old. She was first seen in Jack, directed by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Robin Williams and Jennifer Lopez, to name a few. She has been a professional actor ever since. She has been seen across the country starring in top LORT A theater houses like STC (Shakespeare Theater Company of Washington, D.C.), as well as many off-Broadway shows in New York City. She has been seem in multiple national commercials, most recently for Mirena and Subway. She continues to act and resides in Los Angeles, California.

PRODUCING

Natalie is currently producing a Female Western called Follow the River with Tim Dekay (White Collar), attached, and is Executive Creative Producer and story writer for 30 Camels, which is a feature film based on Natalie Mitchell’s real life experience of being purchased into marriage in Morocco. COACHING

Available for private lesson via Skype or in-person for both TV/Film as well as for theater auditions. Personally responsible for getting a handful of students into top Graduate Acting Schools in the USA. She graduated from NYU’s prestigious Graduate Acting Department at Tisch in 2010. Since then, Natalie has taught private lessons, guest taught at SJSU (San Jose State University), and has taught on-camera acting classes at FABA (Film Acting Bay Area).

Bio & resume

Natalie Mitchell has a B.F.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an M.F.A. from the Graduate Acting Department at New York University. She performed as leads at the S.T.C. (Shakespeare Theater Company, D.C.), appeared in various National Commercials — like her controversial Subway Commercial which was talked about on The Daily Show, The Huffington Post, Conversation Nation, and Good Morning America, and she is currently the Host of Crime Stoppers on CBS. Aside from acting, she has coached actors internationally on how to prepare for an audition by preparing the physical body using her yoga and Alexander training. In addition, she is a producer and co-founder of Emergence Films, which is an all-female production company that prides itself on producing films that offer female roles that are multi-dimensional. Emergence has two flagship films: Follow the River (a female western) and 30 Camels (a film based on real life experiences while traveling through Morocco). Natalie Mitchell resides in L.A. where she continues to work as an actor, coach, and producer.
